I am so glad we found flat rate homes. We really didn’t want to pay the high realtor fees when it came time to sell our home. So when we found flat rate homes with a low fee we were thrilled! Great experience! You will have to do most of the work to get it listed (photos, description, etc) but you save a ton of money. The service is great and they really want to make sure you get the most out of your sale. I would recommend Flat Rate Homes to anyone looking to sell their house!
Excellent service to save your home equity capital! Just contact them, ask any questions you have, they will deliver a sign and lockbox and put your listings on every major real estate site. They're wonderful at helping you find a new home also and you'll get a credit from them after your purchase that you can use toward items you need to get settled! GREAT Service!
