I just Sold my home using Flat Rate. They were so amazing to work with and I save over $8000 because I used flat rate. Jeremy was there every step of the way. If your selling your home I would use them no matter what. My brother who deals with agents all the time and said the whole time Flat Rate Homes worked harder then most agents who get full commission.
I was very skeptical when I found this company and questioned them how are they going to make money as the 3% commission will be going to pay the buyer's agent. After Jeremy explained to me how it is going to work, it actually works out on the seller side and the FRH. My experience was, it didn't make any difference whether you use the full service agent ( full commission ) or this agent ( discount broker agent ), Jeremy provided the same level of service as a full service agent.
