I just Sold my home using Flat Rate. They were so amazing to work with and I save over $8000 because I used flat rate. Jeremy was there every step of the way. If your selling your home I would use them no matter what. My brother who deals with agents all the time and said the whole time Flat Rate Homes worked harder then most agents who get full commission.
I was very skeptical when I found this company and questioned them how are they going to make money as the 3% commission will be going to pay the buyer's agent. After Jeremy explained to me how it is going to work, it actually works out on the seller side and the FRH. My experience was, it didn't make any difference whether you use the full service agent ( full commission ) or this agent ( discount broker agent ), Jeremy provided the same level of service as a full service agent. This is a great way to save on realtor commission costs to sell your home. We saved $9k using Flat Rate Homes. There's not much point in paying a selling agent commission when all they generally do is list your home on the mls, which FLH does anyhow. FLH does a lot of the work for you, and all the paperwork, in addition to some mentoring on how to get the most for your home. We generally had a great experience with FLH.
