Flat Rate did an excellent job in the marketing and sale of my home. They were always responsive to all of my questions and I learned a lot from Jeremy in the process. I was able to set the buyers commission at 2.5 % which helped a lot and I was able to get a full price offer due to there excellent negotiating skills and advice. I saved $800 because they only charge $650 as compared to having to pay another 3% had I gone with another agency. Thanks Again!

Just sold my mom's condo in Ogden through Flat Rate Homes. They provided a sign, lock box, comparative market analysis, listing on MLS and other sites, help with paperwork, and help with closing. We were able to set the buyers agent commission at 2.5%, instead of the usual 3%. FRH flat charge of $650 was well worth it and provided everything we needed.
