We saved a lot of money and yes that was great. I dropped one star for not guiding us through the process very clearly. We were left on our own to make decisions that we would have appreciated some knowledge on. They also did an open house and we did not receive any feedback on how it went.
We were searching for a way to save some money on our sale and found FlatRate. They were easy to connect with, easy to have the sign and lock box installed, easy for realtors to get access, the posted fast to MLS. This was a great way to sell our home and we did it by e-mail and phone because we no longer live in the area of the home we were selling. Thanks FlatRate.
Flat Rate saved us $15,000! They were there when we needed and answered every question immediately. They took care of listing the house, the lockbox and sign, negotiations, etc. It was worth it to us to pay extra for a nicer sign and lockbox. We also paid for the professional photos.
