In this day and age where houses sell quickly there really is no need to pay a realtor thousands of dollars. My house was under contract in four days of listing it and we got top dollar for it. Flat Rate homes did a great job. We didn’t hear from them a whole lot as the sellers because there wasn’t much we had to do but if I ever had a question they responded right away.
