In a very hot market after 120 days we were forced to cancel our listing as nothing was happening. We were even more surprised when we received a bill for the full amount of $950 which I am blaming on the broker. Seller beware the website is misleading and dishonest.
Horrible experience. We got no support. Jeramie was less than interested helping. Outta site outta mind I guess. They never even looked at our home to know what they were trying to sell.

Very slow to respond to offers coming in (waiting until the next day to let us know). The communication was subpar. We cancelled our listing, they wanted to charge us for them coming to pick up the yard sign and lockbox and not actually cancel the listing until we took the sign and lockbox to a nearby town. We were very confused about that, we now live in Houston, TX and did not have anyone available to drive the sign to flat rate wharehouse.
