This company is the rudest, worst trade source I ever worked with in more than 50 years as a design/build contractor. The project manager was rude beyond belief, to the extent that I told them I didn't want him back on the job after which they admitted he had a history of bad behavior but they "thought they had it handled." This company was asked to fix an air conditioning problem, and instead tried to sell my daughter a $20,000 contract (Yes, twenty thousand.) PS: For an additional $5,000, they could also replace the water heater, which they said would eventually go bad.They "offer" money back guarantee, but it is impossible to get either the local branch nor corporate to tell us how to get the money back. (On their 11 page form, they write that we should send them a telegram. YES, a telegram.) And speaking of their form, the "salesman" claime... read more
