This company takes advantage of senior citizens by lying to them telling them they're buying a piece of equipment, when they're really leasing it for double, even triple the going rate. Once you sign a contract, there is NO WAY to get out of it without buying it at full price, EVEN if the equipment is more than 10 years old.

Just had them out, very easy to make appointment on my schedule, They remind us about service 2 times a year, we're bad and forget. Tech was very professional and polite, he even ordered a filter to fit our furnace, came the next day, I personally recommend there service didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need,

Service experts in Salem, Virginia came to our house on 3/18/22 to give us a quote on TWO furnaces and TWO heat pumps/air conditioning units for a 4, 200 square foot home. Long story first, They quoted us $38,000.oo, yes THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!! 3 other companies came and the maximum bid was $18,000...eighteen thousand dollars for the same job. They did a demolition job on my walls to repair my pipes. Drilled two holes in my bathroom because they couldn't get to my pipes, ruining my floor. I had to call them back three times afterwards to repair other issues that occurred because of THEIR sloppy work. Then had to call them back a FOURTH time because after THEIR work, they caused another issue. They caused water to leak out from my tub EVERY TIME you turn the shower on.
