The project manager was rude beyond belief, to the extent that I told them I didn't want him back on the job after which they admitted he had a history of bad behavior but they "thought they had it handled." They were hired to install heating and air conditioning in a renovation project. Midway through the work, they told me it was an extra charge to connect the boiler to the air handler.
