Grossly overcharge for additional repair service when doing a scheduled tune up on gas furnace. Replaced/rebuilt "manifold" to furnace as it had leaks they discovered, and replacing 2 valves, 2 black iron tees, pressure regulator and black iron pipe, reattaching existing copper tubing at cost of $1380. Same job quoted by BBB accredited HVAC is $450.This was during scheduled tune up, so no emergency, but using fear of gas leak to overcharge is poor business practice and raises question of integrity and honesty.Will never use ... read more

I received my semi-annual service review for my furnace and air condition check-up today. Crystal and Jose show up on time and did a great job on servicing my equipment along with reviewing the results with me. It was 5 stars rating. Regards, ******

This is the company to call! Excellent service. Devon walked us through our options to best suit our needs. Marcel and Derek arrived the following morning and installed a gas furnace and hot water tank. The job was fantastic. They really care about doing a job properly. Well done !!!

I have not used Service Experts since 2018 but my recent experience related to an installed furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat that Service Experts performed in 2015. We spent nearly $10,000 with them to replace our existing equipment at that time. Within 3 years, the air conditioner coil failed and I was told that this was out of warranty and that I would have to pay for a new part. The part should not have failed after 3 years! I have been trying to report fraud from the Miami Service Experts office since before thanksgiving and no manager has called me back. A tech came to my house and diagnosed a 6 year old AC with a broken compressor brought a sales guy out in 10 mins and then tried to sell me a new outside unit and handler for $6,500 for a 2 ton unit! I didn't believe that was the problem and called a 2nd AC repair tech and he came out and diagnosed an exposed low voltage line. $300 later I'm up and running no problem. My thermostat was not working. I called and a technician was here within 4 hours. Service was prompt and courteous. The technician told me what to do if the problem happened again.

0n 7-16 21 I was visiting my friend in Titusville,Florida.I live in Indiana. She was very sick from chemo. The sales rep Wes R****** ************ came over to sell her a new A/C and furnace. Her credit was not approved so he ask me to verify that she lives there, which I did. The contract had a 90 day no payment. My friend passed away in August 2021. I came back home to Indiana. A1 ******* in Calgary Alberta misled me and presented me with documents that I had never seen before leading to pre-paid billings and unanswered questions regarding my accounts. Their training practice is to "hang up or not answer email or telephone inquiries".
