ORANGUTAN HEATING (TEMPE) company will scam you, especially the senior citizens. This company was awful to my mom and the sales representative tricked my mom into getting a $12,000 AC unit which she didn't need, he knew my mom was on a fixed income and he didn't care. And when she tried to call the company to talk about her bill the represenative didn't want to help her and made her feel worthless. This is a warning to EVERYONE and especially SENIORS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

When my furnace needed repair, the technician was accompanied by a representative of "Service Experts Advantage Program". Of course I was told my furnace needed replaced and they had a deal where I could get a new furnace and AC. It also included free servicing. The equipment was of good quality. I was told that if I sell my home, I would need to pay off the balance of the equipment. I would have given the Pink Plumber a much higher rating but my experience with management changed my perception. In October 2021, I had a broken water pipe causing water to puddle up in my front yard. I called the Pink Plumber and a service technician, Arthur came out to access the issue on 10/15. He was very courteous and professional. I was charged an initial service fee of $124.95 and given an estimate for the work that would need to be completed. The worst decision I ever made was trusting this company. They promised whatever they thought I wanted to hear when they were here, they promised to perform work and after the agreement was signed, they disappeared. It has been 3 months and even after several calls, they haven't completed the work and aren't even communicating with me to let me know why. I purchased a home in Jan 2021 which had a new HVAC system installed by this company in late 2016. The company's contact information was posted on the side of the unit, and I called them to set up a maintenance plan over the summer. In December, the outside pump started shutting off automatically, and the company was quick to send a specialist to diagnose the problem. Midland Air Service Experts of Lexington, SC performed the semi-annual tune-up and cleaning of my HVAC system. They arrived on-time (actually a little early, but called to let me know they were on the way). They thoroughly checked the system and left it very clean. Very pleased with the service, will use them again, and recommend to my friends.

They tried to sell my elderly mother on a fixed income a $13,000 new AC Unit for a 1400 sqft house. They did not even check the filter. Thankfully we had a friend give us a second opinion. After reading the News Channel 5 article, I felt I had to say something. It seems they have a policy of taking advantage of the elderly.

After having fall maintenance done of course they inspected the system. Our A/C worked before this company came out. We simply needed filters changed. However they came up with a long list of stuff wrong with both of our units. 2 days went by we had to call them back out because the unit wasn't working at all at this point. Not to mention this is the second $260.00 bill we received. They came up with something that was "supposedly wrong" with our unit, that total came out to well OVER $2600.00.
