Had a new water heater installed by Service Experts. A few weeks later I noticed a water leak on the floor. That dried up but later there was another leak. This kept on for several weeks before we finally called Service experts in Alliance. Steve and another gentleman came out & worked with it. But a few days later it leaked again so I called Service Experts and they sent Steve out again. He came & took out the water heater & went to get a new one and then installed it. So far so good. Am having an awful experience with this company. Beware homeowners: It is EXTREMELY difficult to get Bryant Air to honor their warranties. Customer service representatives are impossible to get hold of and unhelpful when contacted. They are unable to make any decisions or obtain assistance from a supervisor. Would not deal with this company again.

After six years of using Service Experts, I have cancelled my maintenance contract. For the second time after a routine yearly maintenance of my air conditioner within days I had a problem. During the service this May, I was told there was an issue, but they had been able to rectify it though they did not know how long it would last. Just replaced water heater, great job! Also installed & maintain A/C & furnace, very happy with equipment & regular inspection & maintenance. Recommend highly.
Their plumbing service is extremely over-priced. They would not give me a quote for a toilet replacement, insisted they had to send out a tech and then charged me $80 for the tech to come out for 1 minute to tell me what i already knew!! Their quote to replace my toilet was over $500 and i would be purchasing my own toilet. Would never recommend them for their plumbing services!!

Integrity issues with price quotes for septic tank cleaning. Older home, but easy access to tank. 4 yrs ago cleaning $195. Quotes today, from $1130 - $1895. No discernable changes in conditions. BW **** from Elkhart has always given me good service. I bought a new furnace and my house's first AC unit from them several years ago and I pay for them to service both annually to keep my free-labor warranty valid. One cold fall day the furnace wouldn't start and they came out, free of charge, to get it started.
