A horrible experience over a week with the plumbing area. On 8/15, they came to tighten our kitchen faucet. Young man came our, tightened it and was very polite and said he was not going to charge us. Later that night when we went to clean up the kitchen, water was pouring out from underneath the sink. We called back to the company and were told they would send someone out the next morning between 8 and 9 am. At 9:30, when no one had shown, we called for an update. Bought our hvac unit from them, should have shopped around that was my fault. Unit is approx 4 years old. Unit was not working, tech came out and said there was a leak. He did a repair to the leak. The cost for that was 888.00 At that time I asked the tech how do you know what you did will work. I then asked them to come back and follow up to be sure unit is not leaking. I have had a commercial HVAC maintenance contract with Service Experts for over a year and do not recommend doing business with this company! In the middle of July 2022, we had called to have our summer maintenance performed and have the unit inspected because of cooling issues. The technician "cleaned" the coils, checked the freon levels, and changed the filter. This did not improve the cooling issues on a 90-100F day and today we attempted to have the issue resolved. We had the good fortune to find Strand Brothers of Austin TX in 2021 when we had a massive water leak and had no idea where it was. We contacted another plumber first who quoted us $6,000 to dig up the entire front lawn to locate the leak. Flabbergasted, I looked online for a 2nd opinion. I found Strand Brothers and made appointment. The rep arrived on time following all COVID protocols. I explained the water leak problem. Absolutely despicable experience with this company. Our AC unit stopped running in the heat of summer and we called for service. The first red flag was that the technician showed up with a salesman in tow. The technician poked around our fuse box and furnace before even looking at the AC unit. After about 30 minutes, he eventually opened the AC, and did a cursory inspection before telling us his diagnosis. During the current heatwave I had an AC that stopped cooling. I called Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning (Calverley) in Ft. Worth. They diagnosed the problem as a defective capacitor. The price for the service call, capacitor and installation was $400. The installation took approximately 20 minutes. I kept the defective capacitor and later checked the retail price. They showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, sourced a solution, ordered the main board for my unit, and gave me a time frame for completion. Everything worked out as they had promised. Their technician Aaron, was excellent and completed the repair in the time frame scheduled. I'm very happy with the work done and their company response and performance.

Most respectful and knowledgeable technicians I've ever dealt with. They have never tried to talk me into buying equipment I do not require and they always respond promptly when there iss an issue with my equipment.. The level of respect that they show while in my home makes them top notch in my opinion. Lobe this company.
