Called Comfortech in September because A/C on the new property was not working. They came out on a Saturday which was great. After looking at the unit Rep explained that we would be better off getting a new unit. He explained if we got the unit, we would be charged a monthly fee for the unit and not have to come out of pocket for such a huge purchase. Came home to a cold house,called for some service.Technician shows up to diagnose my broken furnace.Was charged $300 for that.After just ten minutes i am told that my inducer motor has failed.Then i am told that there is no stock in Canada and that i would have to pay $1400 to get a new one.ridiculous.i was able to find one on my own for $150 in the city and i install it in about half an hour.i wont be asking this company to do any work in the future.

Kevin and Crystal came as a team to investigate a potentially serious furnace issue. They did a thorough review and gave us great advice to help us make the best decisions for our benefit and not just trying to sell us something we didn't really need. We were impressed by Kevin's knowledge and technical skill. He even identified the correct manufacturer even though the unit was mislabeled! We know we can trust Crystal and will be calling her when it's time for a new system (and any advice we need in between).

Started business with this company back in October. Had them come out to address a heat issue, techs were great, got everything fixed promptly and were very friendly. Paid my $400+ bill happily because it made sense. Called again December 2nd to schedule them to come out for maintenance, they got me signed up for their package at $15 a month back in October and figured it was time. Thermostat was on the fritz, wouldn't turn off the heat when it was supposed to, it's getting cold out. Tech comes out they dp the maintenance do... read more

Technicians are very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They do a very thorough job and explain things well. Scheduling is fairly easy although I had a challenging scheduling from the website, but they rescheduled with me and all is well. Happy customer.

BEWARE if you call them to do work for a family member that is a senior citizen. They completely took advantage of my 85 year old Mother that did not realize what she was signing up for. They suckered her into a 10 year contract at $226 a month. If I'm not mistaken most if not all HVAC systems come with a 10 year warranty. While the plan they sold her did include maintenance, service and replacement, it also came to a total of $27,120 over 10 years. Who in their right mind would pay for that. I bought a furnace from these people. Chuck (******) T******* was my sales rep and Matt K************ is his boss calling himself sales manageras as he threatened to put a mechanical lein on my home. Chuck did not disclose all the Info of our financed agreement to me before he had left our meeting and had set an installment appointment. Upon reading the agreement I had called Chuck to cancle and informed him of the financial problems I had with that contract. He assured me we would figure it out and make it right. We had always used ******* Air in Titusville, FL for our A/C services. They were really good and never tried to upsell. The company was recently bought out by Service Experts in Brevard County, FL. We had a regularly-scheduled service shortly after the take-over. A sales person arrived with the technician.
