I've been trying to resolve an overpayment problem now with them since August. For whatever reason, when I changed payment methods in August, they began charging me a monthly payment on BOTH the new card and the old card. Additionally they charged me three extra payments in August 2023 that I did not owe, claiming that I had never been billed for ****** May, and June 2023. ... read more
