I an a dissatisfied customer , who is still waiting for a call back from management. I had a schedule appointment for the hours of 4-6. with a no show from the technician. The office was unable to reach him after several attempts. I feel this is very unprofessional way to handle business. We all know life happens but take responsible for your action. Still waiting since last night for a courtesy call from this company. I would not recommend this company in the future due to the lack of respect for a customer time.

We been having ac service for several years now, and they always clean the furnace replace filter, and ck and clean the compressor. This time they didn't want to clean the furnace or replace filter. was told they didn't have a vacuum, and the filter was $70.00. When i told them I would call the office he made a effort to clean with my vacuum,took him less than five minutes. We were very disappointed with them and will not use them again

A year and a half ago my 78 year old semi invalid sister with the beginnings of dementia and living alone was coerced into an agreement with Advantage Loyalty of Service Experts for the lease of a new HVAC and Water Heater! I can only imagine what they told her. Now shes in a nursing home, and in getting her finances in order I found out about this companys hold on her.
