This business seems like a good service from the outside, but at least in ******* they employ service technicians who take advantage of the elderly. My recently deceased mother had a contract with them to avoid bothering me to do things like replace filters, but the technician told her that her water heater was failing (but it hadn't failed yet) and she had them replace it, but didn't realize that she was actually leasing a unit from them. No stars.Company has failed to honor the terms of the service contract with them in terms of quick and timely response. Twice they have failed to show up in the allotted time, and twice have attempted to come to my home 2 and 3 hours after the service window had expired...once after 9pm. Emails are not answered. I have made a complaint to the home office in *****, as well as the local office, for a rebate of the remaining monies associated with my service contract.

Our water heater was leaking and our furnace was 30+ years old, with no more parts available to fix it. Had toilet problems - called ***********************. First time ever using their services. Extremely happy. A young man named *********************** resolved all of our problems efficiently, professionally and in quick time. Very personable and professional. Would highly recommend this company and especially this fine employee! Excellent to call for plumbing or drainage problems!

We realized that our A/C had stopped working late on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to reach someone right away, and the technician was at our house within an hour.Once the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable. He cleaned and checked out our unit. It was up and running again within a few short hours of our initial phone call. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had *********************** come out for the same problems/ symptoms 4 times in the last year. Had ************************* every time.Initially, the main sewer line got replaced due to roots, May 2022. Paid $4,300., before financing fees. Then the problem returned before the 6 months warranty was up, November 2022. So I had them out again to auger the line; which only barely worked afterwards. I called for Service Experts of ***, ** for an A/C tune up and I wanted a quote for air duct cleaning because it was a topic of conversation at my job recently. Service appt. was scheduled for Saturday morning. The tech seemed to want to hurry and get out and refer the Sales ********** focused on the quote and tried to push UV lights and all this other stuff. The guy knew his job and very professional but the price for the work about floored me.... I only have one toilet and needed it fixed that day,they knew that ...I feel and took me to the cleaners I deal with the public every day and if ur taking from people like this rep is tarnished
Predatory business! Beware! They came out to check my elderly father's ac - told him his 9 year old compressor needed to be replaced - although it was under warranty, was going to be $2200 for labor and freon. Then said, it will be a couple weeks to get a replacement compressor, we can change the entire system for $12,500 and we can put a payment plan together for you.
