Extremely disappointed with their sales personnel. I bought, I thought an air conditioner, new duct work, Iv lights for mold reduction and a water heater all in the month of July. They suggested I buy the equipment through their advantage plan with no interest. They told me what I was signing and did so. Never did they tell me I was signing a lease plan until I received written contracts. You will NEVER own the equipment and should you sell your house the new residents would continue to pay the plan. My sister signed a contract, and two days later she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She died within three months. The company demanded just over $34,000 to "terminate" the contract so I could sell the home. This included over $8000 in "lease fees". Basically, they required that the estate pay for 10 years of service that they would not have to provide. They filed a CCR(?) lein against the property impeding the sale even though I offered to pay for the equipment, nor did I get credit for nearly $5000 in fees I'd paid in go... read more

Customer ********************** at its finest!!!! Spent time explaining in basic terms why my duct work wasnt working properly.

Arrived as scheduled. Completed work sooner than anticipated. ****** and ****** were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Very happy from initial quote to completion of installation of new heating system. I will continue to use them for my air conditioning and heating systems.

I called to have my flooded gas hot water heater repaired. the service tech came as scheduled and I received an e-mail introducing the tech.The tech and I went to the hot water heater, I told him it was a faulty flammable vapor sensor (FVS), because it had happened before. He said that it was electrical and he would not touch it because he could get electrocuted. ***** has the worst customer **********************. We sign up for their maintenance membership and scheduled an A/C service. They came out Jun 21 to service our A/C. We had them check a possible leak in a drain line. They came back and said there was a separated pipe and they glued it back together, this was a pipe line that they had installed back in October. The next day, 24 hours later, we discovered paint bubbling and dripping from our kitchen ceiling. We called to report it 3 hours later they sent someone out to look ... read more
