Had a service call with Pine State Services. Was quoted directly to me, a price of "about $500 ". Received an invoice for $740. Asked for a *************** breakdown Pine State said they would not provide any detail on the that basis. Have filed a complaint with the ***** *************************

I've had an account for HVAC maintenance for 15 years, and bought a brand new system during that time from them. This company has LOST MY TRUST ENTIRELY. I've been trying to resolve an overpayment problem now with them since August. For whatever reason, when I changed payment methods in August, they began charging me a monthly payment on BOTH the new card and the old card.
