My home is 23 years old with the original **** unit, so I was due for a whole new system. Still no call from a supervisor, Im not going away, you need to answer for almost a year of lies and bad service. Since you wont return calls, blasting on other platforms it is. ******* was super friendly and above courteous, but then the bottom fell out. I've been leaving messages for month's now, at several visits a full review of what has occurred was promised, but has not taken place. The fiasco started with trying to charge me $5000 for a new condenser that I did not need, then resulted in me paying $1200 for a new ther... read more

I have used *********** for 2.5 years for my annual tune *** etc....They have always been prompt and have done a good job, including showing me how to clean my ERV filters. It wasn't until this last time with our Tech (*****) and sale rep ****** that issues happened. The Tech came for our annual heating tune up, Once they were both finished they came down to explain that my heat exchanger had a crack in it( 8 year old furnace). Showing me pictures etc... They also stated they didn't think it was under warranty, even though *... read more
