I regret to have to write this review, as I can say that I have had positive interactions with the customer service team, the technicians who have come to my house. Everyone has been professional and kind and I have no complaints there. I am writing this to warn other consumers, as I feel that signing up for the Service Experts Advantage program was one of the worst financial decisions of my life. While some of our customers prefer to pay everything up front, others do not, and as such, prefer our Advantage Program. Our Advantage Program pricing allows our customers to have peace of mind with continual maintenance support on new equipment for one low monthly payment.

Poor communication, misleading sales, employees hate their jobs because they absorb the brunt of all the dissatisfied customers, and they do not honor their contract. Little to no effort to rectify without hounding them. Poor management, supply chain issues, and customer blaming. The epitome of what's wrong with corporations.

Today (9/9/22 I had my annual tune-up with RJD. Will was the technician and was prompt, courteous, professional, and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was very thorough. I would request that he continue as my tech in the future. Thank you.

Our almost 20k unit was installed 9 years ago and has had problems since day one. We were told it was the top of the line and received a hard sell. Unfortunately, we listened to Service Experts; they've taken advantage of us ever since. Originally, they refused to admit it was a lemon. Now they agree that it is a lemon, but say it's too late and they won't help us. They suggested we install a new unit from them. The plan they want to put is on is $250+ for the next 10 years. They've misrepresented themselves at every turn.

I rarely write a bad review, and I assure you that nothing here is exaggerated. Please just take this as a word to the wise. Service Experts (Fort Myers FL) are not in the business of service. They are in the business of high pressure sales. If you call, the technician will arrive with a salesman and they will work together to try to convince you that your system is in need of replacement, which they will gladly do for "only" $165 to well over $250 per month- for TEN YEARS- a rent-to-own or lease (I asked what the selling pr... read more

Air went out on a Sunday night, called and was told someone would come out that night. Nobody showed up until Monday. Two guys (a salesman and a tech) came together and they said I needed a new ac which I expected because the unit was 18 years old. The sales guy gave me 3 options (tiers) first was more like what I had but I opted to go up one tier for the energy efficiency. He made me believe these :"membership" options were my only choices. I've been with this company for over 7 years now! I've thought they'll show some type of concern for me and my family knowing the weather in Florida! But me and my family have been out of air for four days now! I was told by one of there works on Sunday night by (James) one of there technicians that it'll be fixed on Monday now it's Wednesday night and my Air Conditioning unit isn't fixed yet! I received a email this morning saying they'll be here between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 to fix my unit and no one haven't came yet.... read more

Christopher of ******** Air is the most complete service professional I have ever met; extremely knowledgeable, skillfully competent and pleasingly courteous; he wastes no time, notices preventive maintenance items that our last provider missed or failed to notice; a breath of refreshing and rare air in customer service that is just not found today.
