They provide excellent promotions and prices. I really liked how they were able to schedule me the same day regarding my issue. It showed me they have a sense of urgency towards the problem.

They are very misleading in their sales. When they sold me the unit under their advantage plan(disadvantage)plan they told me the payment would be 352.50 what they failed to mention that was for service only. The other thing was I asked if there was a pay off early they said no! What he also forgot to mention was that the payoff would be the full original price plus tax. They also were the most expensive but I had wanted to pay it off in three years. I am willing to pay 21000 not 2500 over original cost.

Great company and people to do business with. Always on time and very friendly and experienced. They put a new unit in my prior home and have serviced all three units on my new home. They are the only company I would trust for my a/c or heating services. Nov. 2021 HVAC blower motor quit. Called Midway as I have in the past, but this started an 8 month nightmare that I hope is finally over. Tech arrived with salesperson. Said it wasn't economical to replace blower on 15 yr old unit. We were verbally offered what sounded like a new system with a 10 yr service contract, during which time we pay monthly & all maintenance covered.
