We are currently staying at the flamingo resort. We picked this place due to the nice waterpark especially for our 3 year old. The waterpark is open from 11 am - 5 pm. Unfortunately the park is not open ( not even in opening hours).......Apparently 22 degrees Celsius is to cold to open the waterpark. We are so disappointed. Luckely the staff does not give a f**k So jokes are on us. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just not good enough! A formel complaint will be send to management.

The stuff of the hotel is really rude. Manager is so unprofessional. The waterpark is a big lye! They only open when hotel is full and always give a excuse that is under maintenance... So ridiculous.... The front desk attendant have no idea about being nice to a customer!!! I definitely recommend people that paid over Expedia to call Expedia and ask for money back. If we all do it then we can prove to Expedia that this is a terrible place and should not be on Expedia anymore!!!!!
I highly recommend this resort! Affordable and good for kids that love water

i cant wait to return a few sour employees but they couldn't ruin what the others made up for. our first room did smell and was hard for asthmatic 9 year old to breath but he made it they did move our rooms after the first night with no problems
Has everything we needed at a great price. Rooms were clean n nice water park very entertaining. Contrary to the reviews I read they supply towels and lounge chairs. Food n drinks were very reasonably priced. I've stayed at the Nick hotel I think for the price this is a much better deal and the kids enjoyed the water park here more.

Great are clean and friendly friendly friendly. So far No hidden agendas and the rooms were cozzy. Everything worked and the staff all over were wonderful. Thanks God I follwed my instincts and all went well. The only thing was no breakfast but indeed buying it here was the best. Prices were good and laundry internet gym arcade and area was an A+ to us. I highly recommend it and if God permitts we will be back. They say you get what you pay for so what counts is you don t pay a lot but it is what you make of it...I paid less... read more

This is a great place we stayed in one of the suites. The room was huge, plenty of room for everyone. Great proximity to the Silver Spurs Arena. Will definitely be back when the weather is warm so we can enjoy the water park.
