I was not expecting much due to low cost and reviews but I was overall happy with my stay. Room was clean, ac and fridge were cold, comfy beds. Carpet needs replacing and there was a musty smell. Low water pressure for showering but towels were soft, bathroom clean. Staff was nice albeit a little rough around the edges. Needs more shaded areas but I know they won't because they want you to rent cabanas for $48/day (table, chairs and ceiling fan included). So glad I read all these reviews! I am planning a trip to orlando and was literally on the booking page until I decided to Facebook this place first! All there are is horrible reviews everywhere for this place! Being a manager myself, you would think they would change somethings!? Anyways thanks to everyone for the feed back and saved my family the heartache!

Many of our guest have had a great experience with us and as a result given us a 5 star rating. Our advice to you is to experience things for yourself before you base your feelings of someone elses experience. Life is more beautiful that way. ;)
They ask for $100deposit & tell u that it will be back on your card in 72hours.Check in May 15th check out May 16th & still waiting on my deposit till this day.Toilet & phone wasn't working.Tile all over even in bathroom."Accident waiting to happen".Tub was dirty but kids had fun in the lazy river.Most definitely need security in the parking lot for them thugs.We WILL NOT be going back!!!!!!
This is my 2nd night here. Everything has been wonderful. The staff has been helpful & polite! My kids have had a wonderful time. We definitely plan to taken return!
Place was horrible.charged my room 200 dollars because of marijuana smell when I don't even smoke... All they want is to get every dollar they can from you.
I stay from may 4 to the 16 i have a good time i dont have complain the staff what real nice the price is not to bad the only thing they have to work is to have elevator those step kill u to bring up and down the luggage but other than that everything ok my room was clean everyday if i have to come back again i be here
Not the best but certainly not the worst....I had a good time, the staff were friendly and the people there were very nice. The rooms, especially the beds, could've been better but all in all a very nice relaxing weekend.
