I checked in on April 8, 2016. I was told I had topay $100 deposit at check in. I called after I got hom and setled in and was told I would get it back with in a week. It's been over a week no deposit return yet. Room was flthy. Pillows stained some missing pillow cases. Bathrooms dore knob broken, lugge rack broken, had a bunk bed for my kids in the room. I had a great stay. They need yo make a few changes but i had avgood time there and the staff were nice.

I found everyone that worked here very nice. Liked the game room being opening all night...my kids and I loved it...the frozen strawberry smoothie and the cheese fries were my kids favorites. ..thanks to the tall guy that worked the kitchen by the bar...very nice guy...didn't see names on the staff that would be nice..and the girl was sweet...all and all...I would come back...thank you...

I almost didn't go do to the bad reviews, but because of the affordable price we tried it out during this year's spring break. I was pleasantly surprised! Staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Place was clean. It is not a 5 star resort, but it is great for the money. A few things I wish were improved is the bath towels were clean but extremely thin. The pool towels were also very thin. The bunk beds did not have comforters. There were two blankets in the closet to use but they smelled unclean and I had to call down f... read more

Didn't like the thugs hanging out in the parking lot and in the laundry room smoking and drinking at night. I think that this is the local hangout spot for the locals. This place could use security at night to protect the guest. The parking lot was trashed out with beer cans etc...my daughter cut her toe in the pool bcuz the bottom of the lazy river was cracked.i have a family of 5 and the bathroom only had 2 washcloths. I enjoyed my stay... I had some issues with the bottom floor room.. but your staff grateful helped us to change our room very quickly... the only thing was I didn't know that it was that far from downtown Disney....( around 25 mins) but luckily my child enjoyed himself right there....

Had everything we needed for a short get away. Not perfect but for the price, I wasn't expecting perfection. We had a fun time.
