worst 3 days ever... 2 out of 3 of the main slides were closed on Friday. We were told by the lifeguard it was because the blue slide hurts your back. On Saturday it was open. Friday Night the Hotel had a plethora of Rodeo Guest that stayed 2 nights. The hotel extended the bar hours till midnight for the inconsiderate drunk Rednecks that at 2am were still loud. I love this place..this is my second time here and I honestly i don't have any complaints ....I can't wait to come back :)
We are staying here for the third time. The rooms are clean, the waterpark is fantastic and the staff goes above and beyond. If you expect a 5 star resort, this isn't it but if you are looking to spend a few days at a decent hotel and have tons of fun at a water park, this is for you! My kids always have a blast!
Over all it was Good, the front desk People where very kind and helpful. Check in was smooth but I bought my two night stay from Groupon and I was aware of the $8.00 per day resort fee but the $100.00 incidental holding fee Wasn't stated prior to check in. I was not pleased by it but it was my daughters birthday weekend so I paid it. The 1st room they gave me the security lock latch was broken I called down stairs and they sent someone up right away to change my room. We stayed here one night after a work convention for some team bonding and relaxing time. Hotel was easy to get to and staff was friendly. We were bummed the water park closed to early (6pm), and 2 of the 3 slides were closed when we stayed there. Other than that the stay was great! Hotel room was clean, pool area was clean and the lifeguards were very fun and nice. For the price I paid we were very happy!

My family and I stayed for 4 nights.We had an amazing time! Clean rooms,very polite staff,great pool,waterslides,and not over priced.We will be back!

I think it was pretty good for what was paid...my husband and I stayed for one night check in time was at 4pm and waterpark closed at 7 but we got there a few hours before check in time and the room was ready so it worked out....excellent customer service...very nice staff!
