This was our very first stay here and after reading some of the "OLDER" reviews, I wasn't sure what to think. But, I am so glad that we did, because we had our son with us. The front desk service was awesome, when we checked in. The waterpark was so much fun, and even the rooms were pretty dang nice. However the game room needs a LOT of working on, that was a waste of our $2.00. Other than that, we will more than likely be back to stay again in the future!
Customer service is great!!! Check in was smooth and quick !!! The water park is fantastic! Rooms are nice, no complaints at all except that the water park closed at 7pm and we didn't know so we took a break around 5pm for dinner and though the kids could swim after dinner but the park was closed and I didn't see it posted anywhere so it was a bummer but again my ONLY complaint. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!!
By the price is a good place to stay is peaceful The room looks like new the staf is very kind . If you stay you need a carbecause evryteen is far . The pool is nice and the water is warm

It's a nice place for those from section 8 living. The minute I pulled up, I knew I made a mistake. It was dirty, half the lights worked, the pain in tub was chipping off, and there were dirty diapers on the property.

Not what you want for the kids or adults it's nothing like the pictures . But if your like us and never in the room but only to sleep then your fine. But if you going there to go into there water park then it's bad. And my fiancé slipped and fell coming out of the stand up shower because the whole bathroom floor filled up with 2 inches of water . And the front desk a gentleman named Julio told me oh would you like bath mats . Like really nothing else or even care she fell. So that's why we are currently sueing them !
I would give it a zero if I could. We didn't even stay the night. Walked in to our room and found it to be infested with cockroaches and a huge blood stain on the carpet. Disgusting. Went to check in and demanded our money back and told them what the problem was. They didn't even act surprised.
We stayed at the resort in Kissimmee. VERY DISSSAPOINTED The place was a dump. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures showed.
