The bar tenders were rude and refused to wait on white customers. They refused to clean up the mess on the bar, and when we asked for management a bartender named Joseph lied and told us he was management. When in fact he wasn't. He had no business being in customer service. I will never go there again. They also allow hoodlums to run around and threaten and harrasd the other guest. Save ur money. Don't go there!!
The front desk was less then helpful and the first room they gave us had a broken toilet seat, they moved us 2 rooms down and there was blood smeared on door and wall in bathroom.......when I told them housekeeping wiped if off, but no other compensation. It is disgusting!!!!!!!!!
We booked online going off other reviews and pictures. Once we got here it was clean enough however not as nice as pictured online. The water park was the only reason we stayed here, and it was so crowded it wasn't enjoyable. I have a five year old that was being run over by grown adults!! The rudeness of the other visitors is so ridiculous!!! The onsite food was stale and over priced. The room service did not change sheets. The fridge in the room has been leaking the entire time. The pool was awesome for keeping kids occupied my 1 year old loved the kid pool area and my nieces loved the slides and lazy river. The life gaurds were very kind. The room was nice as well. It served its purpose for sleeping and showering. For the most part we spent our time outside. But when we wanted to relax the rooms had cold ac and nice comfy beds to sleep in. I don't like doing the u turn getting in here but other than that We really enjoyed ourselves.
Was there for the weekend and our room was very hot A/C doesn't work we had three rooms there and all three rooms was the same...and water is cold we had to take cold showers. The bed pillows looked like they just threw them on the bed from the previous guest. There was cracks in the walls.!We reported this and nothing was done. Doesn't look how the advertising online make it look. Check in time is at 4pm water park closes at 7pm. Also. All of the ice machines where broke at the time. The facility is older very little done to keep it modern. If going with children under 7 don't recommend as the kiddie pool seems to always be closed due to over chlorination or some other issue. The food by the pool is ok. The hotel store is extremely limited. But the worst part is the lifeguard staff are all practically children (very young untrained teenagers ) need to be taught something about dealing with Adults,guests, and children.
