They messed up on our reservation did not get our handicap room & Birthday party. The railings were loose on the slides from old age , the slides are worn out and you stop two or three times before your done and cutting people, the food was over priced & the rooms were noisey .

We've never had any issues with persons stopping mid through the slide. Robert, we would love for you to message us directly or give us call. We tried searching for your based on your Facebook handle and we could not find you in our system.
We were affected terribly by Hurricane Irma and came here to get away from the fact we haven't had water or power for over a week and to only come to a place where the staff has been terrible and very inconsiderate to my family and I, this will be the first and last time we ever come to visit this Resort!!

Stayed there and it was terrible. The rooms were gross. The wager park didn't have lights so closed at night, didn't open until 11 the next day so kids didn't even get to use it. It was a roach motel.

Thank you Katherine for sharing with us your feedback. There are reasons as to why the waterpark closes and opens at those appointed hours. Most of it has to do with maintenance and regulations. So while we are sorry to know that your kids did not get a chance to enjoy out water slides and lazy river, there were other fun things to do. Such as the arcade or movie theater. The water park itself was very nice and the kids enjoyed it quite a bit. However, the customer service sucked pretty bad. The rooms were pretty dated and could use some renovation. All in all the the kids really enjoyed themselves.
