Really nice place and the staff is very nice. My children and granddaughters loved the water park! They even have free movies, popcorn and a bounce house.
Not too clean. Everything closed down around 9:00pm even on the weekend. Restaurant didn't open until 8:00 and took forever to get our food that was cold when we got it. It's a shame because the place has so much potential. Kids seem to love the water park.
Horrible experience. I booked 1 night after seaworld in a double queen room with bunk beds. We didn't get queen beds so we were all squished together. I called to double check the water area was opened till 10 like the website entailed since we were going to get there after seaworld and they said that it was correct. We checked in and went to the water park at 6:45 PM and then they closed at 7PM saying the water park isn't opened till 10 only the pool is. So we paid for nothing. My rating is 0!!!! Horrible experience. Its in the ghetto, our room smelled like urine, the water smells like crap, I couldn't sleep due to the fear of having bugs crawl all over me. The pool is DISGUSTING!!! Will NEVER EVER go back!!!!!!

My husband, our four year old daughter, and I had a great time. Unlike most resorts around, there were zero hidden fees, which I appreciated the most. Staff were friendly and helpful, the water park area was decently sized, with a separate area for smaller children, a lazy river, and an additional regular pool, which was open later than the water park. Our AC was nice and cold in our room, the breakfast restaurant and tiki bar on site both had fabulous food, and we're not outrageously priced. We will definitely be back!

This place was awesome.!!The customer service was top notch..All the staff looked and acted very professional. The family suite we had was very clean and looked over the pool ..Will be coming back again the grand kids loved it especially the craft room and the movie room(free popcorn)..Had a lot of fun in the game room as well..lots of things to do
Room was super clean, a/c work perfect my son had a great time in the Waterpark. Maria at front desk did a great job and was super nice. I will stay here again soon.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves but the breakfast is way overpriced. Also I feel that people with toddlers that are just learning to walk need to know that the rooms aren't carpeted. I get that it's probably to keep from ruining carpet but hard ceramic tile is rough for stumbles and falls.
