Rooms are clean staff is great.. We only have one trash can. Shower got really hot and the beds are comfortable.

Worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. The room wasn't clean. Checking into our room we discovered the room wasn't clean. There was hair on the bottom of the shower curtain and a hair on the wall. When we turned the beds down there was a single hair and dirt on the sheets. I notified the front desk and they didn't seem concerned, but to their credit they did change the sheets the next day (but did not remove the hair from the bathroom wall). PRICE WAS DIFFERENT WHEN I LEFT AND ASKED FOR DEPOSIT IT WAS BE SEND TO MY CARD TODAY WAS TOLD THAT MY ROOM WAS MORE THEN WHAT I PAID. WAS GOING BACK FOR NEXT WEEKEND BUT WE WILL GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

1- My son didn't meet the requirements for the slides that was the only reason why I went and didnt wanted to refund. 2- who put the only Jacuzzi inside the water park so close at 7pm so no Jacuzzi the rest of the nite. 3. You can't sleep due to carts and next room talking you can hear the conversation. 4- who open a water park at 10am. When kids are up by 7am what to due when you stay to used pool early...5- Price to high for the place....never again stay there is actually motel with slides..3/24/2018

This place was a horrible stay the rooms are dirty, the water that came out the shower smelled bad the customer service is horrible and they made me and my sister pay for an extra day which we didn’t stay the lobby staff are rude I will not recommend anyone to stay here!!!
