For the price I think its pretty nice. Our room was clean, we all had fun and there were several places close by to eat. There was a $100 deposit/hold I was told about upon check in that would be returned in a few days after check out.

Rooms and food selections are horrible! Waterpark is the best part of this motel. Rooms are at least 20 years old. Needs a complete remodel.

OMG this place it a #ShitHole if you stay at this motel I guarantee you will have roaches and you will have rashes. This place is a dope house. We checked in as soon as we got on the elevator there was a cloud of weed smell as we exited the elevator on the second floor we walked into a prostitute ring as we went into our room the ceiling fan sound like it was going to fly off the roof and the place smelled like piss. This hotel ruined my grandsons birthday. Never got to use water park. Closed when it sprinkled, then shut it down at 7. Website says 10.
