Great place to stay if you enjoy not having a bathroom door that shuts all the way. The waterpark was awful. Rusty pipes completey disenigrated. Awful shape. Lifegurds texting away on their phones. The one restaraunt they had is only opened for breakfast. OSHA needs to be contacted because that was awful for a waterpark and you cpuld smell the mold inside the air conditioner units.

I was there on Friday the 3rd I stayed I room 5154 it was very clean the water park was open from 10 til 8 very clean. I have no complaints what so ever about the place very helpful team members there. Well go back next summer. Very awesome place for the kids. And autism friendly.

We arrived on Friday and I’m not sure who the lady at the front desk was but she was very friendly she gave us our keys for our 2 rooms and directed us my room didn’t have comforters on the beds it was really big tho and comfortable the other room the air wasn’t so great but we made the best of it we ate breakfast in the resort restaurant and Nate was amazing ❤️ The only thing i disliked about the Waterpark is ppl took up all the chairs and there wasn’t anywhere to put our things but we still made the best of it and had a go... read more

Our first room we got jacuzzi king room stunk horrible like mildew,ceiling had water pouring out when we turned in jacuzzi blanket looked dirty,spiders and webs all over on balcony around door,was not my cup of tea,never again

Always came to this hotel and never have any problems. I don't know whats wrong with the people. Clean, no roaches and nothing negative about what people say. It's my opinion.
