Dear Celeste, We are happy your situation has been resolved. The Resort has been doing a lot of refurbishments to different areas of the resort. We actually just put new covers on our chairs around the Waterpark. The chairs at the pool have also recently been upgraded. Hello Mia - Thank you for having taken the time and leave us with your feedback. It's great to know that you enjoy your new room, arcade, and movie theatre. However, we would like to point out that the adult pool is opened from sunrise to sunset. The only time we close it during on operational hours is if there's an electrical storm. Also, the waterpark is always staffed, we are not sure where you got that idea that on Sunday's there is no one there to oversee its operations.
