I was skeptical after reading bad reviews. The water park does have some age on it and the hotel could use a little updating but thought the room was decent and clean.The lazy river and waterslides pool and jacuzzi were great.My son and us loved the little movie theater and nightly movies at 8.No it’s not as nice and has as much as some of the other Orlando waterpark hotels.But for the $$ Its well worth it and overall I would recommend it and we all had a great time.
I struggled with this resort from the time we arrived. First issue, room we received right out of the gate was definitely not as advertised on the website. It was very outdated and reeked of old urine and mold/mildew. I immediately started looking at other locations while my husband went to check into our options. The hotel broke the news that wour payment was non-refundable :( and were sold out for the night. They would be able to upgrade us to one of their new, updated roo...Continue Reading

it was a beautiful experience.... Planning to return with Grandkids & other Family members
I love the staff! The lifeguards are wonderful. I had a water leak in my room that caused me to fall. I have called the front desk for 3 days and nobody came. However, they did a great job with the kids, movie night, the lazy River and managing the Cabana. I will be returning on the 13th. My 7 year old also gives this property a 5.
