Went this past weekend. It was alright. The staff is excellent! The slide area was slimy with algae and I slipped flat on my back in front of 30 people. Lifeguards were quick to help. Next morning they were pressure washing it. Little late! Still have bruise on my butt!!
Economical and people friendly. Nice hotel 👍 room., Front desk could be a little more hospitable.. Breakfast dinner staff were very welcoming and did a great job....
Me and my family of 4 including my parents and younger brother and sister just left from 2 night stay.. We had some issues when we first checked in.. I was told me and my parents rooms would have conjoining rooms but when we checked in they gave us rooms on 2 different levels. When I went in to get my receipt they seen where they booked me under someone else’s name so that was a hot mess but they fixed it. My room was nice but the air conditioner sucks!! My encounter for the first time was poor, the AC didn't cool the room at all and we had it at 64°, all the T.V weren't working throughout the place, no internet so we couldn't watch tv..I do feel they should keep up with certain things overall it's a great place for kids due to the waterpark and affordable. The staff were friendly!!!
The Flamingo Waterpark Resort is awesome. The staff is so accommodating. We all enjoyed the water park & pool. Lots of fun & relaxation. I highly recommend this place.
This is a very old hotel that needs major maintenance needed many years ago. The rooms are ok but the mattresses are old and the pillows are like you would get from an airline. The waterpark was not bad just needs major maintenance , lots of rust and plywood falling apart, also there isn't a restaurant as advertised it's a breakfast restaurant only. The pool bar closes at like 8pm which is suprising never seen a bar close so early. Also there isn't a lake with jet ski's here not sure where that is. Let's just say the photos ... read more
The people are so nice and helpful and the water park is die for! I do recommend it to anyone with kids.
This place was DISGUSTING.. room was full of roaches and not to mention the room smells horrible.. only spend one night and was a nightmare.. worry about bugs crawling into our ears and nose.. not to mention the water from the sink was black.. we had use our water bottles.. and they don’t seem to care at all, even when we spoke with too many people about it.
