I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews, because they don't reflect the experience we had at all. The lifeguards and pool area staff were very friendly. The room was a standard room, but had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in room which was nice. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we were able to enjoy the waterpark the whole afternoon before checking in and the whole afternoon after checking out. The hotel might seem very nice on pictures but at check out when they charge you 144 dollars on top of the 155 u already payed for a 3 star hotel its not something anyone who is trying to save as much as possible ,its really sad how we get lied to on the website and then u speak to Julio the "so called supervisor" to just listen to you explain you were never told on the website they would charge an extra 144 at check out and for him as a "supervisor so he says" to just tell you he feels bad of how you are feeling. The rooms smell of mold could barely breathe left early before sunrise over all the water park was the fun part and the room was clean staff were very pleasant I would go back again but not for an overnight ever
Kids enjoyed it so im happy �we haf a good time will love to do it again
Well it's been a rather crazy stay. The first night we were here 2 men got into it and the man that didn't start the fight got booted and the man that did start it got to stay didn't make a lot of since to us. And on the second day we came to our room with no air but they were there in maybe 10 minutes to fix it that was great So all in all we had a great stay
Had a great time� We went to Coco Key last year it was fun but the big slides we too big and the small slides were too small. Flamingo water park resort was a perfect fit for my 12 year old and his friends. The lazy river was a hit and I think they liked it the best. We will be back.
