We went for the night and We had a Miserable time , Kids running around with No Supervision from Parents at all at the pool and water park staff was not saying a thing about the kids throwing stuff in the water park I mean goggles , balls children under 4 floating around the lazy river without parents watching them ! We went for my sons 2 birthday, my 4 year and his cousin's(ages 6,7,8&10 all had a great time at the water park, but the hotel it's self is not clean. The rooms had awful beds I literally felt all the springs(double queen water park view) the house cleaning did a horrible job with supplying towels or toilet paper, would have to go find someone cause they never answered the phone, the kitty pool which was the main reason why I booked here for my 2 year old, kept closing due to children's fecies being in the pool something no ... read more
We had a blast! I was skeptical while booking bc of some of the reviews but our room was clean when we checked in and made up everyday in a timely fashion. My son had a blast at the waterpark and the arcade and it was a quick rise to Disney. Our only surprise was a $100 refundable deposit required at check in but thats not unusual plus a $112 actual charge for cleaning services which wasnt mentioned when we bought our vacation package. But if you have kids who love to swim this is the place for you!
Is it a nice place to stay. Need to up date there towels and wash rags feel like sand paper. All so need to up date the pillows. Other then that not bad.
Great place. Price is correct. My 6 year old had a blast . Would come back.
Everything cost too much on this property, overall i like it so far only cause of the resort for kids, room was clean and cozy. Need to work on a few staff they have additudes
I like the rsort except the reaort fee of $25 didnt understand. Why we had to pay that..the lazy river was fun it wasnt over crowded and i had my two boys with me they had fun and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. The hotel room was good evwrything worked we had two queen beds but the pillows were the worst it didnt even feel like pillowes tbey need to upgrade we had fun easter weekend i would fo back again
Place was clean and a typical hotel room. We were very unhappy we were never able to use the water park. Only stayed a couple of days and did parks those days. By the time we got back it was closed. We figured we could use the water park the day we checked out and couldn't check in Untill afternoon at the next resort. When we turned in room keys we were told we had to leave the resort. I loved everything about the place, from the staff the food and the facility I highly recommend it for everyone!!!!
