Mi segunda vez en el lugar y esta vez lo encontre remodelado me encata �
Loved the room! Disliked that the park closed early and didn't open till 10 every one was very polite except the guy in the coffee shop he didn't have his coffee I think and repeatedly ignored me..every one else went above and beyond all in all I would say was good.
Buen sitio lo único que tiene que asegurarse que al salir el dinero que te retienen para garantía a según tienen el recibo tengan la notificación de cobrar para el banco. Que yo haya salido el 3 de abril y tenga que esperar hasta el 29 para que lo liberen. Y peor aún llamo el viernes 7, lunes 10 y hoy martes y me dicen que la gerente no se encuentra y w no llega hasta el jueves y q no hay nadie más que haga el trabajo o sea le da un infarto en la noche y se chavo todo el sistema porque no hay nadie que lo haga. Great service, nice rooms. A lot for the kids to do. Definitely recommend and going back soon.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel. This facility was great for families with young kids. We ended up even staying an extra night! Has everything you need for all ages. A Baby splash pad, a baby pool, water slides to keep the big kids occupied, and best of all a tiki bar with the best bartender to keep mom and dad happy right in the middle of all. We will definitely return in the future. ��
I had a great time there with my family. We were staying there because we bought tickets for Wrestle Mania the next night. The kids had a blast at the water park. The slides were fun and fast. I thought it was nice the hotel provided a free movie and popcorn. Rooms were clean and lots of space to put your things. The only thing I would change is make the lazy river bigger and a little deeper. Parents need to watch their kids closer cause I had to ask little ones not to jump in the hot tub.

Our Waterpark attractions are meant for families with smaller children, this is why our lazy river is only 3 feet deep. Also we always encourage that parents stay with their children at all times. It is listed on our warning signs and enforced by our staff. We completely agree that no child should be alone in the Waterpark. Thank you and we hope to see you again!
Too small to accommodate their guests. Chairs and umbrellas were old need new chairs and tables.
It is a great place to take your children or grandchildren. The staff is amazing and courteous. The resort is clean and the rooms are clean as well. Highly recommend this resort. I have stayed here 3 times and will be coming back every year.
