Im in vacation right now ..i would like to know how i can report its no water every morning when we wake up..then the ac dont work correctly i had 4 kids staying this hotel

Good room for the price. Convenient for family to get to attractions. Staff was kind and considerate. We had some weather issues the last day at resort, and front desk and towel girls were more than happy to provide alternate ideas. Juan at front desk was great.
We were there last year in July and enjoyed our week long visit, very reasonable prices, clean rooms, everything in working order. We will be heading there again in a few days.
Awesome park. Great value. Clean rooms and nice staff. Food good too at the tiki bar. Will definitely be back with the grandkids

I bought a groupon to this placing thinking it would be great for my family only to check in and see how filthy and disgusted the place is . It's totally run down and needs to be torn down very upset and unfortunate. I checked out ASAP !!!! I will say the manager was very nice and gave me a refund I think she totally knew how gross the place was .
Rooms smell like mildew, and mold from the carpets being wet. Decent hotel, seemed okay from the outside but was awful on the inside. Water slides are open from 11am to 7pm, other pool is packed always.
Stayed here with my family. Was skeptical cause all the neg reviews. Had a good time. Clean rooms, awesome pool and waterpark. Drinks a little expensive at tiki bar. Would def stay here again.
