I wish I would have come on Facebook to see these reviews. I would have saved myself the stress and disappointment. This place hasn't been properly maintained in god knows how long. Everything is falling apart or broken. Our first room had a nearly 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door. Faced the turnpike. That equals smells, dirt and a run in with unwelcomed roaches. Restaurant sucks bad service food sucks breakfast was the worst.
It was great staying here! My daughter love it we had fun! The staff was nice the food was good! The shuttler bus was over price! 40 from the airport! It should be free breakfast! But we had fun! The water park was cool. My daughter enjoy it thats all that count! My room was clean had no problem!!!
Needs a little fixing up. It could use new furniture & lounge chairs & the cabanas need serious work. My room was comfy & pool great water park small. Nice atmosphere. Not bad!
It was a good stay for the price and what you got out of it. Very worth it for kids age 5-13. Would stay again.
Well all I could say is everything went great... I heard a lot dislikes about the place but I had to see for myself!! My kids loved it and didn't want to leave!! Even though they charge for breakfast the food was great! Service was friendly and we had a wonderful time!! Only thing i can say is they can use a carpet change!!
Enjoying The Stay... Its Everything we Thought it would Be..... My Daughters 14 and 9 and their having a Grear Time..... They Choose Flamingo Over Aquatica...... Surprise But Thats What They Wanted..... Me and Wifey Chill'n Lounging sip'n on Margaritas.....
I know this place has bad reviews but I thinks it's under new management because we are currently vacationing here and my kids are having a blast... The wait for the room was looking but I didn't mind because it was being cleaned and they did an great job... Lots of things for the kids to do... And I'm satisfied.. My family will return
First this is not a resort, the picture that they have in their website is not what this hotel is at all. I think motel 6 is better than this place. When we did our reservation she asked for a king size bed, because of our 1 year old son, and we got 2 queen bed. The whole place is just old, bad, small. The food is horrible.
