The most rude and ignorant staff I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Not within 20min of Disney as advertised. Bathroom full of grime, stained sheets and random hairs found in the bed. Amenities are not as advertised. Waterpark is not as extravagant as advertised. Please save your money!

Horrible place, with horrible standards. Dirty rooms and unprofessional staff. Waterpark is not as advertised and is a gimmick to get you to book at this broken down motel. Key card constantly deactivated. Sheets had urine stains on them. If you are a larger person, get ready for staff to shame you, as bikinis are only allowed if you're skinny according to their standards. This hotel looks shady when driving towards it and a bit run down. Water park hours are short 11-5 and check in is at 4pm. I basically wasted my money since the check out time is at 11am and that is when the water park opens..... There is no restaurant information to see if it is worth going to. Ok price but still couldn't go to the water park since that was the reason the kids and I picked this place.This place was very quiet in the evening.

So many poor reviews here I was worried but my experience at this hotel was great! We loved it! There so much to do especially if there's kids involved. Can't wait to come back

What a hot mess of a vacation. The water park hours were ridiculously short. Our room key was deactivated atleast three times. The room smelled like an abundance of carpet air freshener and the water smelled reclaimed. No free breakfast as advertised online. The lobby was sweltering hot and nine out of ten of the arcade games were broken. The tiki bar out by the pool is inoperable. What else.. The overpriced breakfast was pretty bland. We stayed here last week for 6 nights. All in all not a bad resort especially for the money. The only concerns I had were two days our house keeping was not finished. One day none of our beds were made but we had new towels soap ect. The other time our beds were not made but the sheets were nicely folded on the beds I guess for us to make them ourselves? Other than that I really liked the place for the money. Like some say if you pay red roof prices expect red roof quality. We will return next time we visit florida. Hopefull... read more

Multiple problems from the moment we arrived. Coco key water resort is in the heart of Orlando on the strip who is a leading competitor ) and they still managed to be cheaper on rates and their water pArk is included with rates , here not only are they more expensive but they are charging an EXTRA 10 bucks PER person to get in to use it although that's why you book there. We had 7 people that's $140.00 dollars to use their water park EXTRA on top of their already more expens...Continue Reading
Our 3 kids had a blast, (14, 9 and 2) the beds are soft room is a good size and it fits a play pen great with alot of room, I just wish they could keep the slides open later, and would I come back again? Heck yeah all that matters to us is that our kids have a great time (and they did) and our bed was soft :) so yes we will be back!
Worst place to stay ever..the hotel mgr was ghetto as hell. The rooms are musty and very run down. Not a resort of any sort maybe a good Traphouse..
