I took my daughter to Flamingo and we had a very nice time. She loved the water play areas and the pool. We met some really nice people there as well. Our room was nice and the a/c worked great for us.
I Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that has kids that are infants, toddlers and 10 yrs and under, all four of my kids had a blast! The check in lines were too long and took awhile to actually check in so they do need to work on that. All the employees were very nice and helpful.
Its OK because the pool us dirty a little bit and you have to pay for mostly everything in the room like if you don't have a phone you have to pay for the phone also the rides stop in the middle or it slows down and It is small but the hotel is really clean and it has a good quality
This place seriously sucks. The ac units are old creaky and don't put out enough cool air to beat the heat. You pay wayyyy too much for anything the water park was a sorry excuse because the water was hot and cloudy not to mention over crowded. The lazy river and slides look fantastic in the pictures but are small and look like they might bust at any second. Some worker lady bust in the room and almost got mooned with bad timing asking if we had enough towels and soap without knocking or anything. Over all it was HORRID
Horrible! Half the slides weren't working. A kid pooped in the play area and it took almost an hour for them to clean it! It was too loud, after bedtime, music everywhere. We checked out the next morning instead of staying the 2 more nights we booked!! Spend the extra money and go to coco key! Much better experience!
Stood here on Wed July 8 2015 and its the worst place ever I ever stood in, the slides was all slimy and the water was dirty full of ants ....the water park closes at 7pm (really) that's NEVER told when you reserve or check in to the resort, the rooms were ok....I won't even recommend nobody to this place ...its not what it looks like (in the pictures ...website)
People come looking for the Trump.. But pay red roof prices.. Expect red roof and you get the trump at red roof prices. Reality is everything in this business.. I loved this place and will return..
This was one of the worst hotels I have EVER STAYED in... the rooms are dirty, beds are hard and I was scared to even get under the covers. To get hot water to take a shower would have been nice. The photos on the Internet look way better than the actual dump to call this a resort and charge a fee is an insult. THE Walls Are So thin the First night the couple next to us argued and it was like they were standing in our room.... pay the extra money and stay in a REAL RESORT
By far one of the worse hotels i've ever stayed in, i dont know where to begin with complaints. the walls are so thin u can here the party in the next room showering,v talking , etc etc vice versa(lol). Bugs, room stinks and no hot water on demand. You gotta hope there'd be some when you take a shower. the hotel l looks better online
