This was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in! The carpet was black no remote for the tv,the walls are paper thin the pool doesn't open till 11 so you can't use the pool if your not staying .like on your check out day. I think this place focus's its money on the pool area only and not the rooms. Oh and they were out of towels at the pool all day I asked about 5 times. The worst ever !! Never again waterpark was not included after shown on the adds .. Dirty Nast motel stay far far away!!!!!

The room service was not so good, neither was the breakfast buffet.... But overall the experience was OK...
I booked through groupon. Awesome place for the kiddos...definitely recommend. Clean rooms, great staff. The only reason I give it 3 stars is due to the restaurant and tiki bar not open during the week and things close down early. Don't buy universal tickets at the hotel double the price.
I booked my room online and pre paid. But when I checked in I was charged an extra $8 a day, almost $65 more that I wasn't expecting. I was also told that the water park was included and it was not. Although the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us free passes for the water park for only 3 days ( we're staying for a total of 7 days ) I only got vouchers for 2 adults and 2 kids, I have 3 kids so I have to pay $10 a day for my extra child. For the money it is a great value. Friendly staff, both the water park and the rooms was better than expected
The actual hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures!!! Plus have to pay a resort fee when arriving at hotel thats not included in online rate... not very clean and sanitary either... the tiki bar they advertise is only open on weekends... the "movies" they advertise for kids fun night are not the movies they show... It is amazing we been here so far for 2 days and they have done awesome accommodating w us having a dog!!!
