This is a cool little spot. We took a getaway to relax in the sun and splash in the water with our 11 month old. They had everything we needed. A couple of adult slides and a little kiddie area. It's not a Wet and Wild but we were not expecting that. The tiki bar is really nice and the staff was very friendly. The price is very affordable and close to International drive. We will visit again

The price is nice 100 dollars for a night - you can use waterpark early arrival and then after check out this is awesome and needed because park is only till6 room was clean - shower in room needed fixing - guests next door was alarm at 7 am with family quarrel -hot tub not able to be in after six this is a huge issues for a night away for residents -two free cabanas if you get there first early- supervision in park very limited kids crazy in river - no outside food allowed - said water would be 70- first night yes second da... read more
I would not come back to this place if they offered a free room to come back. This place is in serious disrepair. These pictures are photoshopped. The first room we had smelled like cigarette smoke, very heavy. We complained And got a new room. They said that was why we could not get our room at check in time, they were trying to clean it. They should have never let us in that room. The bunk beds had a throw blanket for the kids to sleep with. Never again!

In a pinch for a room, my friend and I were able to crash here for a night, and couldn't have been more impressed. Actually have planned our 2016 trip around this hotel!

I liked their bar but kids weren't tall enough for the water slides at 5 and 3 and our microwave sounds like a nuclear bomb
