This location is close to where we live and was so convenient when arrived home late Sunday evening and needing to take our daughter in to get checked out for a possible ear infection. The staff was pleasant, friendly and there was not a long wait. I would definitely recommend Five Star ER to other parents and even adults since they appear to be fully equip to handle many emergency situations.
Had such a great experience here both times we have went. I highly recommend going there if you have an emergency and you live nearby.
I took my young son to the ER last night. The staff was amazing and prompt. We were in and out of there in an hour. I highly recommend this facility! How nice that it's so close to Hutto!
I brought my 3 year old in in the wee hours of the morning for shortness of breath. We were brought back very quickly, and were seen to just as fast. Admin, Nurses and Doctor were very friendly and knowledgable. We love the location, and will be back if we need to (hopefully not, though!).
Went in for difficulty breathing, they checked me out and suggested chest X-rays, breathing treatment and an allergy shot. Discussed payment options with me and gave an exact price before any treatment...imagine that no surprise bills. All staff were very nice and professional.
I brought my daughter in for help in removing her earning. Her piercing got so infected, I wasn't able to see the earring back. The staff was polite, professional and competent. Juan was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and Dr. Zimmerman was able to remove the earring in no time at all. What could have been a long, miserable experience ended with high fives all around. Thanks a bunch guys!
I know we joke about all of the ERs in the area, but in the middle of the night, I had to take my girl for severe ear pain. We went to Five Star ER right at the corner of Gattis and 685. We were the only ones there and were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The staff was kind and courteous, especially the nurse. I know this was a minor "emergency", but I was really impressed and will return if necessary. Good to know they are close when we need them!
This was not your typical ER. First of all, when you walk in they have a refreshment Center accessible to the patients with water. coffee area to make your favorite Starbucks coffee with Keurig , soft drinks. Then the staff was absolutely great and I loved Dr.Zimmerman. This ER visit was absolutely great.
