Very fast and convenient, nurses and doctors were very attentive and friendly. My first time there and if I have another emergency I will definitely use them again.
Took toddler when we couldn't get temperature down at home, ended up having pneumonia. So glad we took her and they answered all our questions before we left.
Just got back from a visit to this ER and can say it they are a wonderful staff.
If I could give less, I would. They are unethical! I brought my daughter in in the middle of the night. Was immediately seen (which was great), but then told if I wanted to continue treatment I had to pay right now. I had 2 options: payment plan or pay in full and won't receive any more bills. I chose the latter. But wait! I received a facility charge bill for over $300 and a doctor charge for over $400. Terrible, awful, unethical place!
My 4 year old daughter fell last Saturday and we took her to the closest place which happened to be 5 Star ER. She ended up needing 6 stitches and everyone was so awesome with her! She did great and I think they helped her feel calm and well taken care of! Every time we pass it now she says "Look Mommy! It's the place that helps princesses!" Thank you all!!
Five Star ER was great! We were In and Out super fast, no complaints!
They did a great job today. Was thorough and kind. Very clean. Everyone was great! From the front lady to the doc, to the guy who took my Xray. Excellent.
Awesome service! Doctors and nurses are very professional and caring. They were able to diagnose in minutes what my GI doctor couldn't detect. So pleased with their service. Definitely the place to go whenever you're having an emergency or are in need of medical attention.
