Five Star ER has definitely earned 5 stars in my book. My son got his finger slammed in the door and the thing was hanging on by a thread. The staff at Five Star were quick to coming up with a plan and implementing it. Most importantly, the follow up orthopedist seemed to be impressed with what a great job they did in stitching him up and lining up all the bones. No additional surgery or follow up needed!
I drove all the way from Taylor to go to the Pflugerville FiveStarER location - better doctors and better quality of care than the facilities in Taylor. Five Star ER was able to take care of me quickly and get me in and out painlessly. Thank you!
From the moment we walked in and did our paper work, the staff members were kind and quick. They seemed to be genuinely concerned with how I was doing and dos what they could to help my situation. Dr. Nash was very kind and confident with me. Also, nurse Rosalie was awesome and funny! It was definitely a much better experience than the "big name" hospitals. Thanks everyone at the Pfligerville/Hutto Five Star ER.
We love this location because is close to our house and was so convenient when we needed on Saturday afternoon. All the staff was very friendly and they were able to save our problem in no time. We would recommend Five Star ER to our friends and family.

We were in and out quickly with 4 stitches for my 8yo who had a pretty deep cut on her hand. Dr D didn't pressure us for unnecessary shots, very thankful!
Great experience there. Definitely recommend Five Star if anyone needs care. Easy to get too and everyone is really nice and helpful.
Wouldn't even see my husband when he was having heart palpitations. No medicare. I thought emergency meant something!
I managed to get stung by a couple of wasps right on the eye lids. I made my way to Five Star ER in Pflugerville and they were awesome to deal with. They quickly took me back, assessed me, did what they had to do and within an hour I was on my way home. Great experience
