Tony the RN was awesome! He kept me well informed and laughing, which can be difficult when you're in the ER. I wouldn't mind using them on a regular basis since my insurance completely covers it! Great experience as far as ER visits go! :)
This team of Nurses & Doctors are exceptional at what they do, taking care of people when they need it most. The staff at Five Star ER were very thorough in the examination and helped me understand everything I needed to get better and even followed up with me 2-3 days later to make sure I was back on my feet. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Tony, one of their awesome R.N.'s and the Medical Director, Dr. Zimmerman. Thanks for everything guys!
I'm an so disappointed to have to come back and change my shining review of this business. I have had more than a few visits over the last year, and each visit was impeccable when it came to front office, clinical staff and physicians. On every single visit, I received stellar medical care. In July, I had another visit that was exemplary, clinically speaking.
