First time here Amazing service was in and out fast !
Five Star ER has been amazing the 2 times we have had to use their services. I am so unbelievably thankful they are right around the corner from my home. On both occasions, as soon as we stepped foot into their building, we were greeted and immediately taken back to a room. I literally hadn't even been given a second to sit down or even start paperwork. Everyone there is SO unbelievable friendly and funny too! I had an amazing experience. I was greeted when I first walked in, the staff was super friendly, caring and considerate. I was able to get seen right away without a wait. Which was amazing because I was in tremendous pain. The nurses and doctor broke everything down for me and made sure I understand the treatment I was getting , why , and the prognosis. I truly recommend this facility to anyone needed in emergent care.
Thank you for your amazing service and attention to my daughter Victoria after her car wreck a couple of weeks ago. We are very grateful and you helped make it less stressful of a day.
