There is a copay that can be pretty absorbent. She gave us a discounted copay which allowed us to have her treated.
Staff is polite and thorough! 3rd time there in less than a year and my family has received excellent care. Very pleased.
This was our first visit to Five Star ER and they were amazing! We were greeted so nicely and were quickly taken back. We didn't have to wait forever and everyone there was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring! I can't say enough about the amazing care we received and would definitely recommend them! Thank you all for taking such great care of our daughter!

I love this new addition to our neighborhood. I was sick over Thanksgiving and they came in handy. The staff was professional and efficient.

We have been here multiple times. It doesn't even cross my mind to worry about wait times, as they do their best to meet all of our medical challenges head on and in a quick and efficient manner. Everyone always has a smile on their face and do their best to ease any stress that may be underlying. Thank you Heather and the rest of the staff.
As soo as we entered in and did our paper work, the staff really took care of my daughter. All the members were kind and quick. They seemed concerned with how my daughter how wasshe doing, She had a high fever since last night and when I saw 104.2 this morning, we rush in to FiveSTART ER. I wouldn't want to experience this again due to my daughter condition, but I m glad that I have choice to go FiveStarER she was in good hands. Thank you Pfligerville/Hutto Five Star ER.
